About ProSign24
ProSign24 is a technical platform for signing documents electronically. We help teams, freelancers and individuals execute agreements online with audit trails and completion records — no printer, no scanner, no back-and-forth.
Our mission
Signing a document should not require paper, mail or a physical meeting. ProSign24 provides electronic signatures supported by audit trails and completion records, designed to help parties execute agreements under applicable electronic-signature laws, including eIDAS, ESIGN and UETA where applicable.
ProSign24 provides a technical platform. We are not a qualified trust service provider, and we do not provide qualified electronic signatures (QES), notarial services or legal advice. Parties themselves determine whether the electronic form is appropriate for a given document and jurisdiction.
What we do
ProSign24 turns any PDF into a signable envelope with placeable fields, multi-signer routing and a certificate of completion.
Audit-ready signing
Every envelope produces a certificate of completion with signer identity indicators, timestamps and IP data.
Integrity verification
We calculate cryptographic SHA-256 hashes of relevant document versions to support integrity verification and maintain separate original and completed document records.
Multi-signer workflows
Invite multiple signers, define signing order and track progress from a single dashboard.
Records you can rely on
Original document, completed PDF and audit events are stored separately so you always know which version is which.
