Subscription Terms

1. Overview

These Subscription Terms describe the pricing, billing, renewal, cancellation and refund conditions for paid ProSign24 plans. They form part of our Terms of Service. Payments are processed by Stripe. All prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise; applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

2. Weekly plan

• $4.99 is charged today for a 7-day introductory access period. This is a paid introductory period, not a free trial.
• After the 7-day introductory period, the subscription automatically renews at $9.99 every week until cancelled.
• The first weekly renewal date is shown at checkout and in your account.
• You may cancel at any time before the next renewal to stop future charges.

3. Annual plan

• The annual plan is $83.88 charged annually and automatically renews each year until cancelled.
• The next annual renewal date is shown at checkout and in your account.

4. Auto-renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price for the applicable plan, using the payment method on file. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify you of material price changes in advance.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; access to paid features remains available until the end of the paid period. Cancelling does not automatically delete your account or your envelopes.

6. Refunds

Except where required by mandatory consumer law or expressly provided under a stated refund policy, subscription payments are non-refundable and there are no prorated refunds for partially used billing periods. If you believe you have been billed in error, contact info@pixeltech.pl and we will review your request.

7. Taxes

Prices are shown exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. Applicable VAT, sales tax or other taxes may be added at checkout based on your billing location.

8. Failed payments

If a scheduled payment fails, we may retry the charge, downgrade the account to a limited free state, or suspend paid features until payment is successfully collected. You are responsible for keeping your payment method current.

9. Changes to pricing and plans

We may change plans, features and prices from time to time. Changes to the price of your existing subscription will be communicated in advance and will take effect at the next renewal after the notice period, unless you cancel beforehand.
